Are you a senior maintenance technician, lead hand, or supervisor with strong electrical, mechanical, and automation experience?
This is a hands-on role where you'll still work directly on equipment, while taking on more leadership responsibility and progressing into a senior maintenance position.
The company is a growing manufacturer investing in its machinery, site, and maintenance team.
You will lead daily maintenance activity, support technicians, troubleshoot complex faults, and help improve equipment reliability across the plant.
The Role

Lead daily maintenance activity.

Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and automated equipment.

Support repairs, upgrades, and improvement projects.

Guide technicians and coordinate contractors.
The Person

Manufacturing maintenance experience.

Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Experience with PLCs, drives, and automated machinery.

Lead hand or supervisory experience.
