This Senior Accountant opportunity is with a boutique CPA firm in Milton working with privately held businesses, entrepreneurs and high-net-worth individuals.
You’ll manage year-end accounting engagements, prepare financial statements and corporate and personal tax returns, deal directly with clients and become involved in advisory conversations around tax, cash flow and business decisions. The wider practice places particular emphasis on strategic tax planning and business advisory rather than treating compliance as the end of the client relationship.

What they’re looking for:
- 3+ years of Canadian CPA firm/public accounting experience
- CPA designation or strong progress toward CPA
- Compilation/year-end accounting experience
- Corporate tax experience
- Personal tax experience
- ASPE knowledge
- Strong client communication skills
- Comfortable taking engagements through completion
- Experience reviewing or mentoring junior staff beneficial
- Applicants must have CPA firm/public accounting experience
