We are seeking a skilled PPF and Vinyl Installer specializing in car wrapping to join our dynamic automotive customization team. The ideal candidate will have experience in applying paint protection film (PPF) and vinyl wraps to vehicles, ensuring high-quality finishes and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Apply paint protection film (PPF) accurately to various vehicle surfaces, ensuring seamless coverage and adherence.
- Install vinyl wraps on vehicles, including cutting, fitting, and finishing with precision.
- Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning and pre-treating to ensure optimal adhesion of materials.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively during installation processes.
- Perform heavy lifting when handling large or bulky materials or vehicle parts.
- Maintain detailed records of work completed and communicate progress with team members.
- Ensure all installations meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to prevent accidents or damage.
Qualifications
- Prior experience with dealership vehicle customization or automotive wrapping is highly preferred.
- experience with printing and operating a plotter machine
- Mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair or maintenance is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other installation equipment.
- Ability to lift heavy materials or vehicle parts safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship.
- Experience with automotive repair or mechanic work is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
