Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This position involves regular travel to various job sites across Ontario, supporting installation and fabrication projects in industrial and commercial environments. The successful candidate will work under the terms of a collective agreement and contribute to the smooth execution of site activities.
Job Requirements
- Perform general labour duties such as loading/unloading materials, site preparation, clean-up, and assisting tradespeople.
- Safely operate basic hand and power tools as required.
- Support equipment and structural installations at multiple job sites.
- Follow instructions from site supervisors and adhere to project timelines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Comply with company health and safety policies and procedures.
- Travel to various sites with company crews, including overnight stays when necessary.
- Represent Fuhrscher Installations Inc. professionally on every site.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction, installation, or industrial labour preferred.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as scheduled.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Commitment to health and safety protocols.
- Must be eligible to work under the terms of a collective agreement.
