The mandate of the TD Global Compliance Department is to foster a culture of integrity, ethics, and compliance and deliver independent risk management and oversight of regulatory compliance risk and conduct risk throughout The Toronto-Dominion Bank and its subsidiaries globally (TD), to protect our reputation and operate within our risk appetite and is designed to support sustained trust and confidence in TD by our customers, employees, regulators, investors, and markets.
If you can find clarity inside complexity, have a keen eye for research and a passion for procedure, this program is for you. Our 24-month Associate Program for new graduates is designed to attract, develop and retain top talent and build a leadership pipeline within Compliance.
The Compliance team assists various TD lines of business to understand regulations applicable to their departments, while also ensuring everyone implements policies and procedures to manage their unique compliance risks. We also conduct ongoing monitoring and testing.
In this program you'll complete four customized, six-month rotations within Compliance where you may learn more about:
Central Compliance Functions comprising of : Regulatory Change, Compliance Academy, Quality Assurance Review, Privacy, Testing and FATCA.
Compliance Units comprising of: Canadian Banking, Wealth, Insurance, Capital Markets, Corporate Office and Transformation, Enablement and Customer Experience – Platforms Privacy.

Educational Requirements; Must be graduated between May 2025 and May 2027 with a bachelor's degree .
Program Location and Start Date: Toronto-based program which starts in July 2027. Candidates must have graduated prior to start (including final grades, excluding convocation).
