The Opportunity
As our Front Desk Receptionist (Client Care Associate), you’ll be the first impression our clients have—and one of the most important people in their overall experience. You’ll be responsible for providing top-tier customer service while also helping behind the scenes with operational and client booking support.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be busy—and fulfilled—with a wide variety of duties, including:
Front Desk & Scheduling
- Greeting clients with professionalism and warmth
- Managing phone calls and emails
- Booking and confirming appointments across two locations using Jane App
- Adjusting daily schedules to optimize provider time and ensure smooth flow
- Ensuring intake forms and consents are completed and filed properly
Client Experience & Care
- Offering refreshments and maintaining a welcoming environment
- Processing payments and issuing receipts
- Following up with client post-assessment/session to ensure satisfaction and retention
Administrative Duties
- Billing and payment reconciliation
- Daily reporting and collaboration with other team members
Ongoing Learning & Development
- Attending performance training sessions
- Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas to improve client care
- Representing XONE Performance at occasional events and promotional initiatives
Who You Are
✅ 1–2+ years of reception or client care experience (preferably in health/wellness or healthcare)
✅ Friendly, outgoing, and professional in appearance and demeanor
✅ Detail-oriented and calm under pressure—can juggle tasks with grace
✅ Experience with a booking platform (MindBody/Jane) and Microsoft Office is preferred
✅ Interested in personal and professional growth in the wellness industry
✅ Own transportation and flexible availability (some Saturdays required)
