Job Overview
We are seeking a few energetic, professional, part time experienced receptionists to join our amazing team!!! We are a fast-paced private Eyeglass Store in Downtown Winnipeg, and we are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, works efficiently, strives for high quality patient care, and enjoys working in a medical office team environment.
Front Desk duties include but are not limited to:
- Greeting Patients, Answering Phones, Scheduling appointments
- Preparing patients charts, processing insurance claims, calling insurance companies
- Handling all patients needs with exceptional customer service
- Being able to multi-task and control patient flow while being a team player
- Additional administrative duty etc.
Must be able to work Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Requirements
- Experience in office administration, clerical work, or customer service roles
- Strong computer skills with the ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems and demonstrate professional phone etiquette
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor suitable for customer support roles
This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
