Working schedule:

Part-time hours Monday – Wednesday
-
Monday morning fly on site – Tuesday morning fly back to branch.

Tuesday afternoon – Wednesday work at branch
As the Customer Service Representative (VMI) you will be responsible for ensuring customers satisfaction by visiting the customer locations and handling the vending machines (autocrib). Meaning taking stock orders, counting inventory and putting products away. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships that help meet the company’s goals.
Responsibilities:

Process incoming quote requests

Process orders that come by telephone, fax, and email;

Provide technical information as required;

Offer solutions to clients’ business needs;

Inform clients about upcoming product developments;
-
Upsell promotions that may affect theirs orders;
-
Communicate on the availability of products and progress of existing orders;
-
Partner with outside sales managers to help drive sales and improve customer service
-
Replenish shop supplies through an automated dispensing machine or other forms of vendor managed inventory

Provide on-site assistance relating to products and equipment
-
Act as TENAQUIP’s sales liaison when on site
-
Perform physical inventory counts and make adjustments when necessary;
Qualifications:
-
Experience in a customer service;
-
Excellent interpersonal skills;
-
Strong computer literacy (MS Outlook, Word, Excel);

Demonstrated problem solving and technical abilities;
-
Product knowledge an asset;
-
Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle;

Must be able to work autonomously;
-
Excellent time management skills
