Job Summary:
As an Automotive Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain Volvo vehicles and other makes with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You’ll work alongside a team of dedicated professionals in a clean, state-of-the-art facility with access to the latest diagnostic equipment and manufacturer training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on customer vehicles
- Conduct multi-point inspections to identify needed services
- Complete repairs in accordance with factory standards and dealership guidelines
- Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding customer concerns and work performed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Stay current on manufacturer training and certifications
- Ensure the highest level of safety, quality, and customer service
Qualifications:
- Licensed Automotive Service Technician (310S) in Ontario
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive repair (Volvo or European vehicle experience preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Valid Ontario G driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Familiarity with Volvo VIDA diagnostic system is an asset
- Excellent attention to detail and work ethic
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
