Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support our dynamic real estate team. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the real estate industry. Duties
- Provide administrative support to real estate agents, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Assist in preparing property listings and marketing materials to promote available properties.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure a seamless transaction process.
- Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the local real estate market.
- Manage property management tasks, including coordinating maintenance requests and tenant communications.
- Maintain organized files and records related to transactions, properties, and client interactions.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements on behalf of the real estate team.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
- Previous experience in property management or real estate is preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and scheduling.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong negotiation skills are beneficial for assisting in contract discussions.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
