MONDAY & TUESDAY 4PM - 9PM / 8PM - 4AM
WEDNESDAY & THURSDAY 4PM - 9PM
FRIDAY & SATURDAY 4PM - 9PM / 8PM - 4AM
SUNDAY 11AM -5PM
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications
- Handle food preparation tasks including dough stretching, topping assembly, and ingredient portioning
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations
- Ensure all food handling procedures meet health and safety standards
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of shortages
- Serve customers efficiently while providing friendly and professional service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order completion during busy periods
- Uphold restaurant standards for presentation, taste, and quality at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a pizza chef or in a similar food preparation role within the food service or restaurant industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Skilled in cooking, meal preparation, and serving within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent understanding of kitchen operations including food preparation, plating, and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is highly preferred
- Passion for culinary arts with a focus on pizza making and customer satisfaction
