Position: Marketing Account Manager

The Role
This is a unique opportunity to work directly alongside the founder of the company in a true consulting-style role. As an Account Manager, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of clients and projects, helping guide strategy, oversee execution, and foster strong relationships. You’ll collaborate with seasoned creatives, strategic thinkers, and passionate doers — while enjoying the autonomy to own your work and balance your life. We have clients in a number of sectors, but energy is our focus. Experience in this industry is not necessary, but a huge asset.
What You'll Do
- Lead client relationships with professionalism, clarity, and confidence
- Manage day-to-day communications, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Work across a range of sectors and projects — from brand strategy to digital campaigns
- Liaise between clients and creative teams to ensure seamless execution
- Contribute to the growth of the firm by driving quality, innovation, and trust
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing, communications, or consulting role
- Proven success managing multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously
- Strategic mindset with an eye for detail and a drive for excellence
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, flexible environments
- Based in Calgary with the ability to work remotely
