Talent, Learning, and Engagement Team Mission:
Western’s Talent, Learning, and Engagement Team offers organizational development initiatives in support of Western’s Strategic plan. Services include large and small group learning opportunities, employee engagement measurement, and leader support, coaching, consultation and facilitation to support the work of Western’s academic and administrative leaders and staff. Our programs and services bring together leaders and staff from across Western to learn, build community and connections, and contribute to a high achieving, collegial workplace culture.
