As an Operations Coordinator on our Partner Retail Sales Execution team, you will be accountable for providing support to the channel, sales initiatives, service pricing, collaborating with cross-functional teams, as well as assisting with competitive intelligence summaries to drive acquisition and sales process improvements in the channel.
The role requires outstanding communications skills and the ability to multitask while paying great attention to detail.
Support communication between cross-functional channels and field team
Work collaboratively with key stakeholders from across the business units
Maintain various sales grids and validate that those changes flow through to the sales team and retailers
Partner with other teams, and employees at all levels to ensure the efficient coordination of tasks
Track, analyze and create ad hoc reports with key metrics associated with marketing campaigns and communications
Occasional after hours support for high volume periods such as Black Friday and Boxing Day
Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical, time management, and data-visualization skills
Able to work both independently and as part as a team
Creative and open minded – knowledge and experience with execution of marketing programs and campaigns
Positive attitude, enthusiastic and able to comfortably operate in an ever-evolving & changing environment
In-depth knowledge of Excel and proficient in MS Office applications
Experience in Marketing or Communications, preferably in a large organization
Easily adapts to change
Education and Preferred Experience:
2+ years in a sales environment or in a sales support role
Education in Marketing, Business or related field
Experience in the telecommunications industry
Job status: Regular - Full time
Hours of work: Monday to Friday. Daytime schedule
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
