Residential Construction Labourer – Summer Position
Rodgers Home Construction is looking for motivated, dependable, and hard-working individuals to join our crew for the summer/fall season. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real residential construction experience while working directly on roofing, framing, renovations, exterior projects, and general construction work.
We’re looking for individuals who show up on time, work hard, take direction well, and want to learn the trade.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with residential construction projects including roofing, framing, siding, renovations, and general labour
- Load, unload, and organize materials on-site
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Assist skilled crew members with daily tasks
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Work efficiently in outdoor conditions
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Basic construction knowledge preferred
- Must have a tool pouch with basic hand tools
- Physically capable of lifting heavy materials
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

Schedule:
- Full-time seasonal position Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays depending on project schedule)
Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
