Residential Cleaner (Part-Time) – Paid Training & Travel Time
Hailee's Cleaners is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our growing team.
We provide high-quality residential cleaning services and take pride in helping our clients maintain clean, comfortable homes. No professional cleaning experience is required—we provide all supplies, equipment, and training. However, this is a physically demanding, fast-paced position that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to maintain a high standard of cleaning while working within scheduled time frames.
The ideal candidate will move quickly and efficiently while ensuring their work remains thorough and consistent. They are self-motivated, dependable, and capable of completing tasks independently while also working as part of a team.
Position Details
- Part-time: 2–3 days per week
- Typical work hours: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Flexible scheduling
- Starting wage: $22.00 per hour
- Paid training: $20.00 per hour
- All cleaning supplies and equipment provided
Service Areas
Most of our work is located in Ladner and Tsawwassen, with additional clients in Richmond, Vancouver, Burnaby, and occasionally surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will meet at our Richmond home base and travel with the owner to client homes. All required work-related travel time is paid—from the time you are scheduled to meet at the Richmond home base until the final job of the day is completed.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen cleaning, bathroom cleaning, and general tidying
- Follow company cleaning procedures and standards
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with clients
- Handle cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly
- Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Treat clients' homes, belongings, and personal items with respect and care at all times, ensuring that property is handled responsibly
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Physically able to perform cleaning duties, including moving quickly, lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in quality work
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous cleaning experience is an asset but not required
