We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor/Key Holder to join our retail team. Duties
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards
- Lead and supervise staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities
- Manage merchandising displays to maximize sales potential and maintain visual standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Manage cash handling
- Utilize POS systems for sales transactions, returns, and inventory management
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety protocols, and compliance with health regulations
Qualifications
- Proven supervising or team management experience in retail or similar environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficiency in POS systems, merchandising, pricing, and cash handling procedures
- Organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and administrative tasks
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Customer service-oriented mindset with strong phone etiquette skills
- Competency in math for bookkeeping, pricing adjustments, and sales analysis
