Responsibilities:
- Specialize in service work, new construction, and renovations.
- Utilize and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure efficient installation and maintenance of systems.
- Maximize efficiency while ensuring safety is a top priority in all job-related activities.
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a personable and courteous demeanor with clients.
HVAC Technicians:
- Perform service and maintenance on HVAC systems, including air conditioning, gas furnaces, fireplaces, etc.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, ensuring systems run smoothly.
- Gas B license required.
Plumbers:
- Specialize in boilers, hot water heating, and tankless installs and service.
- Perform plumbing work for new constructions, renovations, and service projects.
- Sheet metal experience is an asset, but not required.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- For HVAC Technicians: At least 2 years of HVAC experience and a Gas B license.
- For Plumbers: At least 2 years of plumbing experience.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.
- A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to represent the company professionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to oversee projects.
Note: We are also open to hiring apprentices in both trades who are eager to learn and grow within the industry.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
