Position Overview
We are looking for a Team Lead, Account Executive to join our Ontario team. First and foremost, this is a sales role: your primary focus is hunting new business, acquiring new clients and closing deals. In addition to your own quota, you will act as a resource and informal mentor to fellow Account Executives: sharing your experience, offering guidance weekly and contributing to a stronger team culture. All Account Executives, including yourself, report directly to the Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities (personal hunter quota)
- Develop and grow a portfolio of new clients
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
- Plan and lead sales meetings in collaboration with technical teams
- Prepare customized commercial and financial proposals
- Negotiate terms and successfully close deals
- Maintain accurate follow-up on the sales pipeline and targets
- Contribute to team revenue growth and the company’s market positioning in Ontario
- Support and guide fellow Account Executives on an informal basis (peer mentoring, not management)
- Participate in pipeline reviews and offer deal coaching to peers when needed
- Share best practices, tools and methodologies to elevate team performance
- Collaborate with management to set sales targets, forecast and report on team results
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B sales of software or technology solutions, with a track record of exceeding targets
- Experience in the manufacturing sector
- Naturally inclined to share knowledge, coach peers and contribute to a collaborative team environment
- Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills
- Strong business acumen and results-driven mindset
- Ability to manage priorities and complex sales cycles effectively
- Excellent command of English and French, both spoken and written
- Valid driver’s license
