Our latest opening is for a front desk operations associate. The position is full time with a long-term outlook.
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for being the liaison between the customers and the field staff (technicians, sales, customer service and various departments of the company. It is the role of this position to ensure that all customer concerns and interests are being met with the best solution we can provide in a timely fashion, professionally and accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Communication/ correspondence with customers and vendors.
- Manage inter-office and field personnel communications
- Schedule and dispatch field technician team.
- Supervise and manage the daily schedule and field technicians.
- Prepare daily workload/ tasks and service schedule
- Issue tickets, work orders and delivery slips.
- Interface with customers to address questions, problems, service requests, and supplies.
- Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, service tickets, charges, inventory and other dispatch information daily.
- Intake for supply orders, preparation and shipping.
- Centralized information processing for management reports
- Prepare and keep records for different tasks and projects.

- Must be personable, positive, outgoing, and able to respond to customer calls and email in a fluent, enthusiastic, and professional manner.
- Strong hold of the English language (verbal and written)
- Willing to learn and grow.
- Proven ability to process high volumes of work with great accuracy
- Have knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
