What You'll Be Doing
As a CDA, you will play an important role in both patient care and the smooth operation of our clinical team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Chairside assisting for comprehensive exams, restorative procedures, crowns and bridges, endodontics, extractions, oral surgery, and implant procedures
- Assisting with Invisalign treatments
- Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring instruments and equipment are properly sterilized
- Taking digital dental radiographs and assisting with digital imaging
- Assisting with digital dentistry and CAD/CAM workflows
- Providing patients with clear pre- and post-treatment instructions
- Maintaining accurate and detailed clinical records using Tracker
- Supporting efficient patient flow throughout the day
- Making sure patients feel comfortable, welcomed, and well cared for
- Maintaining excellent infection prevention and control standards
- Keeping operatories clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Assisting with front desk responsibilities when required, including scheduling and insurance-related tasks
- Working closely with the dentist and the entire team to provide an exceptional patient experience
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
- A Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) with current registration/licensure
- Experienced in a general dental practice
- Confident with chairside assisting
- Experienced with Tracker dental software — preferred
- Comfortable assisting with a variety of dental procedures
- Experienced with Invisalign and/or dental surgery — an asset
- Experienced with implants — an asset
- Familiar with digital dentistry and CAD/CAM — an asset
- Knowledgeable about infection control and sterilization protocols
- Comfortable with dental and medical terminology
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Friendly, professional, and compassionate with patients
- Comfortable working with patients of all ages, including children and patients with special needs
- Able to multitask and remain calm in a busy clinical environment
- A positive team player who is willing to help wherever needed

Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Wednesday to Saturday
Start Date: flexible
Experience: Previous dental assisting experience preferred
Compensation: Competitive and based on experience and qualifications.
