Miller Precast Ltd. has an immediate opening for an inside sales representative. The inside sales representative has the following responsibilities:
- Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Provide customers with product information and pricing.
- Prepare detailed quotations as needed.
- Manage sales orders and communicate order status with customers.
- Create customer invoices and credits.
- Manage inventory levels and order as needed.
- Coordinate product deliveries and pickups.
- Maintain product pricing and price lists.
- Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and showroom.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills/abilities:
- Experience in and passionate about sales/customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic technical knowledge of construction required.
- Technical knowledge of septic systems, wells, etc. considered a definite asset.
- Customer focused positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain a calm and positive attitude in fast-paced environment.
- Ability to use computer programs including MS Office.
- Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings/blueprints required.
- Ability to create basic 2D CAD drawings using AutoCAD LT considered a definite asset.

The position is full time permanent. Normal hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The position pays $35-$45/hr (based on relevant experience) plus benefits and pension. Own transportation is required as public transportation is not available.
