- Training (First 1-2 Months): Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Regular Shift (After Training): Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Overview
On behalf of our client, Career1 is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Embroidery Operator to join a growing production team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating embroidery machines, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and develop embroidery designs based on production and customer requirements.
- Operate and monitor multi-head embroidery machines.
- Set up embroidery machines, including thread selection, hooping, and design placement.
- Ensure embroidery quality, accuracy, and consistency throughout production.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues.
- Work closely with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Embroidery Operator or in a similar role.
- Experience operating Tajima Embroidery Machines is considered a strong asset.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Creative mindset with the ability to interpret embroidery designs.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Reliable and dependable with a positive attitude.

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
