Elmira Auto Supplies is seeking an automotive customer service representative for our Elmira location. This full-time position is Monday to Friday, with alternating Saturdays. A successful applicant will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with wholesale and retail customers by providing courteous and efficient service.
We are a busy, growing store that serves automotive, industrial, and agricultural markets. In 2011, we became NAPA affiliated and have since expanded to better serve our diverse consumer base. We have a staff of many long-term employees who provide excellent support to new team members and strive to provide the best possible service to our consumer base.
What will you do?
- Develop meaningful business relationships with a wide variety of consumers.
- Work with coworkers to identify solutions to customer problems.
- Communicate with customers both in person and over the phone.
- Provide quotes for retail and wholesale customers.
What will you need?
- Automotive, agricultural, or heavy truck parts experience
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and successfully manage competing priorities.
- Ability to learn quickly, and comfortable with various computer programs.
- Ability to lift up to fifty pounds and stand for long periods of time.
