We operate out of over 38,000 square feet of manufacturing facility in Fort MacLeod, AB, just 25 minutes west of Lethbridge, AB.
We are currently looking to hire a Quality Coordinator for our Fort MacLeod facility:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This position involves overseeing quality inspection processes, implementing quality assurance protocols, and collaborating with various departments to enhance overall quality management practices.

Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular quality inspections of products and processes to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Collaborate with the QA/QC team to develop and implement effective quality assurance strategies.
- Analyze data from quality control tests and inspections to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the fabrication process by providing guidance on quality management practices.
- Manage projects related to quality improvement initiatives, ensuring timely execution and adherence to specifications.
- Document findings from inspections and audits, preparing reports for management review.
- Train staff on quality control procedures and best practices to foster a culture of quality within the organization.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in quality inspection or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with QA/QC methodologies and tools is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
- Experience in project management is a plus, demonstrating the ability to lead initiatives from conception through execution.
- Knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective collaboration across teams.
