Duties
- Measure and prepare surfaces for siding installation using hand tools and blueprint reading skills
- Install various types of siding materials, including vinyl, fiber cement, or wood, following project specifications
- Use hand tools such as hammers, drills, saws, and caulking guns to secure siding panels properly
- Perform heavy lifting of siding panels and related materials safely and efficiently
- Apply caulking to seal joints and prevent water infiltration, ensuring weather-tight finishes
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to accurately execute installation plans
- Maintain a clean work area and ensure all safety protocols are followed throughout each project
Experience
- Prior construction experience or hands-on work in building trades preferred
- Familiarity with carpentry techniques and tools is highly advantageous
- Experience with handyman tasks or general maintenance work is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical instructions accurately
- Comfortable performing heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks regularly
- Knowledge of caulking techniques for weatherproofing and finishing touches
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety standards

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
