Ready Refrigeration is currently looking for a HVAC Journeyman or 3rd / 4th year apprentice to join our team in Halifax, NS. We are a quality minded company that promotes a positive culture of values and encourages personal and professional growth.
The successful candidate will hold or be working towards a Red Seal Certification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, has a positive attitude, enjoys working with people, and a strong commitment to customer service.
Qualifications:
- Clean driving record
- Excellent interpersonal communication and documentation skills.
- Must be able to contribute to team environment.
- Self-directed, able to make decisions, results oriented.
- Refrigeration Journeyman Certificate.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to any type of emergency service call as directed.
- Analyze, repair, restore equipment and systems to full operation and recommend repairs / replacement where necessary.
- Install various HVAC systems.
- Complete and maintain job documentation.
- Responsible use of tools and equipment.
- Work safely and responsibly.
