Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collect financial and investment information about mutual funds, companies, market condition and economic forecasts, and updated those information on the weekly bases to all consultants in division
- Examine and analyze financial and investment information collected, including profiles of mutual funds, fixed income investment, segregate fund from clients and prospects
- Provide analysis of a wide range of potential and current investments including qualitative and quantitative reports, screens, and analytics to support the work of developing stable and profitable portfolios, will be required to familiar use of Morningstar workstation program
- Provide support in client meetings and events
- Provide investment advice and recommendations to clients, and education material
- Prepare company, industry and economic outlooks, analytical reports, briefing notes and correspondence
- Prepare internal and external documents to help clients acquisition
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, economics, science, or math is required.
A master's degree in Finance or Investment is preferable.
At least 3 years of financial analyst or research background, preferably working for international financial investment company.
Expert level understanding of the financial industry is a must.
The Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is preferred.
The Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred.
Exceptional analysis skills.
Good communication skills, able to communicate with colleagues and clients effectively.
Mutual fund license required or must obtained within first 3 months of start, CSC is preferred but not required.
