Primary Responsibilities

  • Input document data into the standard registers and formats ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
  • Generate the various documents and control reports as required.
  • Typing of site documents, and follow up of all the site needs
  • Managing and distributing information within an office.
  • Answering phones, taking memos and maintaining files.
  • Perform routine clerical and administrative duties.
  • Organize files, prepare documents, schedule appointments, and support staff
  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail.
  • Perform any other tasks deemed necessary by management.
  • Education and Experience
  • Post-Secondary Education with 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products including word and excel and outlook
