About the Role
This is NOT a retail or big-box chain position. Join a respected specialty pharmacy focused on patient-centered care, not dispensing quotas. As our Pharmacy Manager, you will lead a well-supported team in a sustainably paced environment.
The Details:
- System: Kroll
- Volume: Up to 200 Rx/day – manageable with emphasis on quality.
- Support: Overlapping pharmacists plus full assistant support. You will not work alone.
- Shift Times: Weekdays 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Weekends 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (minimal weekends).
Compensation & Benefits Package:
- Salary: $156,000–$166,000/year (commensurate with experience)
- Signing Bonus: Negotiable
- Relocation Expenses: Negotiable (we will help you move from Toronto)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations in a non-retail, specialty environment.
- Ensure compliance with all OCP regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule pharmacy staff.
- Manage inventory and clinical programs using Kroll.
- Provide direct patient consultations (immunizations, medication reviews).
What You Bring:
- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP).
- Experience with Kroll software is strongly preferred.
- Previous management or supervisory experience is an asset, but high-performing staff pharmacists ready to step up are encouraged to apply.
