The Calgary Winter Club is Calgary’s premier private family Club, situated in northwest Calgary on the edge of Nose Hill Park. The CWC offers an outstanding employee experience; we are firm believers that everyone should enjoy their work and have a successful work-life balance.
We are looking to fill a part time position as a Member Services (front desk) Representative. The club is open 5:15 am – 11 pm. This position is primarily for evening and weekend shifts, and availability beyond evenings and weekends will be considered an asset.

What you will do:
- Retain strong familiarity with the Club’s facilities, hours of operation, and schedules
- Greet all members, guests, and staff; display an enthusiastic and genuine demeanor at all times
- Respond to member inquiries in a timely manner, and escalate as necessary
- Process registrations, reservations, court bookings, phone inquiries, and cash out
- Assist in the maintenance of ‘first response’ procedures for medical and other emergencies
- Process sales and payments for Club services and amenities
What you will need:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with 2-3 years’ experience of high efficiency verbal and written English.
- Takes initiative and ownership of tasks
- Solutions oriented and proactive in nature
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Intermediate MS Office computer skills and comfortable using multiple computer programs
- Current SFA + CPR C is an asset
