Lawn Care Technician – Mosquito, Tick & Turf Services

Position Responsibilities
- Apply mosquito and tick control treatments.
- Apply lawn care products including weed control, fertilizer, seed, and other turf treatments.
- Complete scheduled services efficiently and on time.
- Represent Turf Pros professionally while interacting with customers.
- Identify opportunities to educate customers and recommend additional services when appropriate.
- Assist with other seasonal duties as needed, including grass cutting, garden maintenance, and general property upkeep.
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Class G driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs. (backpack sprayer).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to complete all required training and follow safety procedures for the handling and application of products.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Compensation
- $20–$22 per hour for individuals with no previous experience.
- $25.00+ per hour for experienced, licensed technicians (based on qualifications and experience).
Full-Time Career Opportunity

- Carleton Place, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence W/ Clean abstract (required)
