We are presently looking for an Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our team who has the ability to take initiative, prioritize daily tasks, has excellent communication skills, and is highly organized and detail oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to the families we serve and the community
- Answer/make phone calls and greet customers
- Delegate customer inquiries
- Communicate professionally with third parties including hospitals, newspapers and various other organizations
- Create custom stationary for upcoming services
- Perform general office administration functions including data entry, filing, accounts receivable, light housekeeping and various other tasks
Qualifications:
- A minimum of Grade 12 education or equivalent
- Experience in office administration is an asset
- Strong computer skills in MS Office and Adobe
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely and effective manner
- Strong customer service skills to communicate in a kind and professional manner
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented and have strong administrative and data-entry skills
Wage:
- Starting at $20/hour depending on experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
