Position Summary
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Registered Massage Therapist to join our growing team! The ideal candidate is client-focused, grounded in their technique, and enthusiastic about wellness. You’ll help create a peaceful experience for every guest, while being part of a workplace that values community, connection, and care.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, personalized massage therapy treatments tailored to client needs.
- Assess clients and adapt techniques accordingly for an optimal experience.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately to understand preferences and address concerns.
- Maintain strong client relationships through exceptional care and follow-up.
- Uphold Sol Spa’s standards of professionalism and customer service.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and tranquil workspace.
- Collaborate with the broader spa team to support a harmonious environment.
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the CMTO.
- Experience in a spa or wellness setting is an asset.
- Proficiency in various massage techniques is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Calm, confident, and client-focused demeanor.
- Commitment to continued learning and growth in your field.
- Passionate about holistic health and well-being.
