J N Drywall Ltd. is looking for 1 full-time “Siding Installer” to join our team. Our goal is to provide exceptional and reliable construction services to our clients.

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: $37.00 per hour
Start date: As soon as possible
Work locations: Abbotsford, BC, and various other job sites in the Lower Mainland area (BC) as per the company’s contracts with its clients.
Job duties:
· Read blueprints or work order specifications.
· Determine layout and installation procedures.
· Measure, and mark guidelines to be used for installations.
· Erect and install scaffolding or other working platforms.
· Prepare underlying surfaces for installation and perform minor repairs if needed for better installation lifetime.
· Install siding as per specifications and schematics for buildings using hand and power tools.
· Cut and trim materials to shape when fitting siding around windows or corners, using knife, shears, or portable power saw.
Job Requirements:
· Completion of Secondary school would be considered an asset but not mandatory.
· Minimum 6 months of installation work experience in a similar field is required.
· Ability to communicate in English.
