The Account Coordinator will provide direct support to the Sales team to help ensure smooth sales, operational and administrative procedures. This role will help manage customer relationships, be responsible for assisting with workflow management and contribute to the overall success of the Sales team. The Account Coordinator will be responsible for organizing customer training, liaising with internal departments, providing daily administrative support and completing back office tasks. This person must possess a sales background, along with excellent organizational skills.
You will be responsible for (but not limited to):
Assisting Account Managers in the day-to-day support and management of their accounts through various modes of communication (email, phone, video call).
Contributing to overall customer satisfaction by acting as a point of contact for customer needs and providing follow up in a timely manner.
Acting as a liaison between customers and internal departments, including managing and scheduling customer training and other meetings/activities.
Communicating progress and status updates across departments to help effectively manage project timelines.
Providing administrative support, including keeping internal systems and databases (i.e. CRM) up-to-date.
Identifying opportunities for change and optimization to help improve internal processes and procedures.
What makes you stand out?
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university (preferably in sales, business administration or related field).
Minimum 1 year professional sales experience, preferably in the technology/software industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with attention to detail and an ability to handle multiple projects, priorities and requests simultaneously.
Professional and friendly attitude, with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of sales platforms is an asset.
Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
