Job Title: Restaurant Server (Japanese BBQ / AYCE)
Job Description:
We are looking for friendly, responsible, and energetic servers to join our team at a fast-paced Japanese BBQ restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming dining experience
- Explain and promote menu items, including BBQ meats, sauces, and set menus
- Take accurate orders and serve food promptly
- Monitor tables and assist guests with grilling if needed
- Ensure food is delivered to the correct table
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout service
- Proactively check on guests and offer refills or additional orders
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth service
Requirements:
- Previous restaurant experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented
- Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
