Responsibilities:

Defining research strategy and methodologies

Creating test plans and aligning them with stakeholders

Leading research execution and synthesis
-
Presenting insights to stakeholders and providing design recommendations based on those insights.
Must have skills:
-
Proficient in qualitative and quantitative methods with rigorous study design and ethical practices.

Ability to connect user insights to business objectives and influence product strategy.

Can translate research findings into compelling stories that drive decision-making across diverse audiences.

Synthesizes complex data across studies to identify patterns and inform strategic decisions.
Nice to have skills:
-
Experience working within digital product teams.
-
Experience working in the financial sector or adjacent industries (insurance, government).

Experience with data visualization & analytics tools.
