- Automotive experience is an asset – Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but we value the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Understand customer needs and recommend vehicles that best suit their lifestyle and budget
- Guide customers through the vehicle sales process from initial contact to delivery
- Communicate effectively via phone, email, text, and in person
- Respond to leads promptly and maintain consistent follow-up
- Learn and utilize CRM software and internal sales systems
- Stay up to date on vehicle features, technology, pricing, and inventory
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Negotiate professionally and work toward successful sales outcomes
- Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire sales process
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Pay: $50,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
