Summary
As a Sales Representative for our Westfab Industries, you will be responsible for driving sales of our fabrication products and services to new and existing clients. You will play a crucial role in identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Your primary objective will be to increase revenue and market share by effectively promoting our wireline units and services.
Job Duties
- Meet customers and discuss requirements.
- Must be able to quote PIPING/VESSELS/STRUCTURAL STEEL
- Qualify new business prospects and build an active, high potential prospect list which will remain the property of the company at all times.
- Solicit and forward Offers to Purchase (Sales Agreements) to the Sales Manager for approval and acceptance.
- Maintain a high level of service to existing customers; managing the customer relationship from contract execution through delivery to after sales service; and soliciting referrals from these customers, where possible.
- Keep accurate reports with respect to sales and prospects as instructed from time to time.
- Achieve quarterly sales quotas and the objectives of employment.
- Participate in corporate marketing activities, such as conferences, home and trade shows and open house events, marketing committee, as required.
- Manage all customer service issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Provide conceptual designs, based on discussions with customers.
- Present quotations and layouts to customers for their review.
- Prepare regular sales reports for review by management.
- Maintain a high level of customer service.
- Ensure accuracy in all transaction and procedures.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
- Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times.
- Performs other duties as required.

Work Conditions
