Oona is seeking warm, skilled, and community-minded Prenatal/Postnatal Pilates Instructors to join our Meadowvale team in Mississauga. We are looking for someone who is passionate about and experienced in supporting clients through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and early parenthood.
This role is ideal for an instructor who values inclusive, evidence-informed movement and wants to be part of a care-centered environment focused on the wellbeing of families.

We’re growing, and we’re thrilled to be bringing Oona’s care to the Meadowvale community in Mississauga as part of our newest franchise location, opening in September 2026.
Our pilates classes are small – we max out at 10-12 students per class, so this is very much a small-group environment where you have the opportunity to connect deeply with all of your students.
You will lead safe, engaging, and supportive pilates classes for prenatal and/or postnatal clients, creating a welcoming studio experience, adapt movement for varying stages of pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Because we are driven by community building, you will help foster a strong sense of community among clients.

Lead prenatal and/or postnatal Pilates in a safe, confident, and supportive manner

Modify exercises and sequences to meet the needs of clients at different stages of pregnancy and postpartum healing

Create a welcoming, inclusive, and positive class environment

Support client wellbeing through clear instruction, encouragement, and thoughtful movement education

Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled classes

Certification and demonstrated experience teaching prenatal and/or postnatal Pilates

Strong understanding of movement considerations during pregnancy and postpartum

Confident in offering modifications for varying abilities, comfort levels, and recovery stages

Professional, reliable, and compassionate approach to teaching
