For over 16 years, we've provided premium air system cleaning services to Greater Vancouver and surrounding areas. We enhance our clients' homes and businesses by managing dust levels — removing the dust and debris that circulates through the HVAC system to create a cleaner, more comfortable environment for the people living there or working their eight-hour days. We strive to provide the cleanest, most comfortable environment possible for our clients.

- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong sales aptitude
- Class 5 driver's license with experience driving larger vehicles
- Clean driver's abstract, with several years of driving experience
- Available five days / 40 hours a week
- Comfortable working from ladders and in smaller workspaces
- Detail-oriented, committed to the highest quality of work
- Fully functional, up-to-date cell phone
- Physically active — comfortable lifting and moving up to 50 lbs
- Strong time management skills
- Patient, coachable, and able to take instruction
- Self-disciplined and able to work independently
WHAT DUCTDUDES HAS TO OFFER OUR CREW
- High earning potential: $80,000–$105,000 per year
- Training starts at $25/hour
- Post-training, you earn a percentage of the truck — averaging $35–$45/hour, providing more earning potential than a standard hourly wage

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Report daily to the operations manager and use our customer management system
- Daily cleaning and upkeep of your assigned truck
- Weekly reporting on inventory and truck condition
- Transport equipment to and from job sites
- Deliver excellent customer service through Integrity, Communication, and Professionalism
- Clean residential and commercial air systems, including:
- Air duct cleaning
- Dryer vent cleaning
- Bathroom vent cleaning
- Mini-split cleaning
- Furnace cleaning
- AC and heat pump system cleaning
- Follow our proven procedures and policies to deliver the best results and client experience
- Take and document before/after photos and project details in our client management system
