Job Overview
The Home Restaurant in Salmon Arm is looking to add a Service Manager to our established team. This position calls for someone with strong leadership qualities, a customer first philosophy and experience in a high volume full service restaurant environment. This role requires strong communication skills, problem solving ability and a knack for motivating the team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support daily front of house operations
- Lead, coach and motivate staff to maintain a high level of performance
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are being maintained
- Deal with any customer service challenges in a professional manner
- Assist with training and onboarding new team members
- Maintain cleanliness, organization and safety standards
- Work closely with senior management to improve operations and efficiency
What we are looking for
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience (restaurant or service industry preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a smile and remaining organized.
- Weekend, evening and holiday availability
