Bee & Co is a medical aesthetics clinic in the Don Mills – North York area, seeking a skilled and passionate Medical Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform various aesthetic procedures while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients.
As an integral part of our fast-growing clinic, you will contribute to enhancing the beauty and confidence of our clients, all while working in a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic treatments and services according to clinic protocols.
- Provide outstanding customer service and make every client feel valued and at ease.
- Book and confirm client appointments, as well as follow up for future bookings.
- Open and close the clinic on alternate days, ensuring all operations are conducted smoothly.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Contribute to marketing efforts, including creating engaging Instagram content (reels).
- Work collaboratively with the team while also being able to thrive individually.
- Meet sales goals and work under pressure to support the clinic’s success.
Job Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience as a certified Aesthetician in Ontario (required).
- 1+ years of sales experience (preferred).
- High School diploma (required).
- Must be available to work weekends and evenings.
- Ability to follow protocols and learn new procedures.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent social and communication skills.
- A positive, upbeat, and professional attitude, with the ability to maintain a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
- Must be able to travel to our Don Mills location for the training period (16 Karl Fraser Rd, North York, ON M3C 0E8).
