Key Responsibilities:
- Business Transformation: Lead the charge in evolving our franchise locations from basic service shops to full-service automotive destinations, implementing best practices and driving both top-line and bottom-line growth.
- Franchisee Coaching: Provide expert coaching and strategic planning to franchisees, helping them manage their P&L, grow car counts, and enhance customer experience.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong, supportive relationships with franchisees, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring world-class support in every aspect of their business.
- Problem Solving: Utilize your exceptional problem-solving skills to address challenges, optimize operations, and improve profitability across locations.
Qualifications:
- Automotive Industry Experience: Previous experience in the automotive industry is required, with a strong understanding of retail operations and financial metrics.
- Leadership and Communication: Strong public speaking and interpersonal skills to effectively challenge, motivate, and influence franchise owners and staff.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, to create impactful reports and presentations.
- Valid Driver’s License: A valid G driver's license in good standing is essential.
