POSITION SUMMARY:
A Sales Specialist is accountable for ensuring the ultimate customer experience. They create and maintain a positive image of the dealership. They provide solutions and are constantly evolving with the new and exciting technologies that our vehicles offer today.
Hours: Full-Time
Pay: Training wage, transferring to a Commission pay plan.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in the automotive or sales industry will be an asset
- Must be willing to learn and grow
- Good organization and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- A high level of knowledge about social media
- Must be reliable and hardworking
- A minimum class 5 Drivers Licence is required
- Must have excellent people skills and able to provide professional customer service.
- This position will require a criminal background check
