The Boeing Canada Operations Ltd. is seeking a highly organized Office Administrator, reporting to the Director of Government Sustainment Programs for Canada and Latin America working out of the Ottawa, Ontario office. The Office Administrator will assist the Director of Government Sustainment Programs for Canada and Latin America and other senior management, with the day to day office activities, including supporting daily meetings, travel, presentations, events and other administrative functions.
Coordinates and processes domestic and international business travel arrangements, monitors designated business traveler's logistics, generates expense reports and reconcile corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement and verifies payments to corporate credit cards.
Collects and compiles data to provide visibility of status for traveler's review and/or signature. Creates, edits and maintains electronic and written communication.
Tracks and maintains information relative to department and business operations. Verbally communicates a wide variety of information to multiple audiences.
Processes incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information.
Prioritizes and schedules management-level employee time and availability for efficient use of time.
Tracks and maintains designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resources.
Coordinates with the appropriate focal(s) to support the acquisition and maintenance of resources.
Orders and maintains office supplies.
Plans and implements logistics for executive level internal and external events.
Schedules and supports program and Director level meetings.
Coordinates and assists in execution of Boeing Canada participation in Air & Trade Shows. Assists in development and execution of Boeing Canada Sponsorship & Membership and Boeing Global Engagement budgets.
Works under limited supervision.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Must have 4+ experience in administrative support activities.
Must have 4+ or more years of experience in a support function assisting senior level management.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Candidate must consent to Canadian Government Controlled Goods Program (CGP) assessment.
Candidate must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):
Prefer Post-secondary education
Must have a Canadian High School diploma, GED in Canada, or equivalent

This requisition is for a, locally hired position in Ottawa, Canada. The employer is Boeing Canada. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Benefits and pay are determined by Canada and are not on Boeing US-based payroll. This is not an expatriate assignment.
