The Kafe House is a welcoming restaurant known for exceptional coffee, handcrafted beverages, and outstanding guest service. We are looking for friendly, energetic, and passionate Coffee Bartenders/Baristas to join our team.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, espresso beverages, teas, smoothies, and other café offerings.
- Maintain high standards of beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
- Take customer orders and process cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately.
- Keep the coffee station clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service.
- Monitor inventory and assist with restocking coffee beans, syrups, milk, and supplies.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team members.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
Qualifications
Previous barista, coffee bartender, or customer service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of espresso-based drinks and coffee preparation techniques is an asset.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy periods.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
