We are looking for a proactive, organized, and customer-focused Customer Experience Coordinator to join our growing team. This hybrid position combines customer service, project coordination, and administrative support to ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout every stage of the customer journey.
Position Summary
As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely communication, coordinating appointments, supporting project schedules, and ensuring every client receives professional and personalized service. You will collaborate closely with the sales, production, and installation teams to keep projects on track and customers informed.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
- Guide customers through the ordering and project process from inquiry to installation.
- Schedule showroom appointments, template measurements, deliveries, and installations.
- Coordinate communication between customers, sales representatives, production staff, and installers.
- Provide project updates and proactively communicate scheduling changes.
- Address customer concerns professionally and work toward timely resolutions.
- Process customer documentation, service requests, warranty claims, and project records.
- Maintain accurate customer information using CRM and company management systems.
- Follow up with customers after installation to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Assist with administrative tasks and support continuous improvements to the customer experience.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in Business, Customer Service, or a related field is an asset.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or project coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the construction, home renovation, cabinetry, flooring, or building materials industry is considered an asset.
