- Assist and coach sales consultants to improve performance
- Work with customers to secure financing solutions
- Structure deals and help maximize approvals
- Build strong relationships with lenders

What We're Looking For:
- Automotive sales experience (required)
- Finance office experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of success
- Leadership qualities and a team-first attitude
- Desire to grow into a larger management role
